All rights, including trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the app, remain our property.

We are committed to making our services as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app, its services, or introduce charges at any time for any reason. We will always provide clear disclosure before introducing any paid services.

Our apps may show ads to non‑Pro users through third‑party ad networks. We do not control or store any data collected by these providers. Pro users may remove ads by purchasing the upgrade through the App Store or Google Play.

Connectivity and Device Responsibility

Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. Whether via Wi-Fi or mobile data, we cannot be held responsible for reduced functionality if your device lacks internet access or data allowance.

If you use the app in a location without Wi-Fi, your mobile provider's terms may still apply. This could include data charges or roaming fees. By using our apps, you accept responsibility for any such fees and confirm you have the bill payer's consent if necessary.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and functional. We do not accept liability if your device fails or powers off and prevents use of the app.
