Account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your account and the data linked to it for any HubleX app. You don't need to be signed in.

How to find your User ID

  1. 1Open the HubleX app on your phone.
  2. 2Go to Settings (gear icon, usually on the profile or home screen).
  3. 3Find User ID and copy it.
  4. 4Paste it into the form, choose the app and submit.

What we delete

  • Your account and User ID for that app
  • Profile information stored with that account
  • Saved content, creations and related cloud data
  • Any other personal data we hold for that account

We may keep limited records where required by law. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel active subscriptions in your store settings.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request and will confirm by email if you provide one.
